I think that his salary still counts towards payroll if he is DFA'd. Not certain. Anyway, I think his salary should be added to the list, as I'm sure that Rogers will count him.

OP has Teahen included, just look in the paragraph after the first listing. I said I believe his cost will get rolled into this year's budget, but since it's just my opinion I included him in next years, along with EE's option as well. Now there's no chance they keep both, but I went with worst case scenario to show how much they'd have even under crap conditions.
