Jays still in Jimenez hunt

I am not upset we didn't get him because...

1) We don't need Jimenez right now because we are out of contention and to prepare for next year we'll probably just get a good starter or two in FA ( i.e. Wilson, Darvish, Wandy), 2) He isn't MUCH better than Romero or even Morrow, and 3) Why do you think Colorado traded him if he's THAT good? Because they are probably hiding an injury and have realized that he isn't the same Ubaldo as the 15-1 at the break last season

Wandy isn't a free-agent after this season.

Yeah something was definitely wrong with the FA list I read. It said Wandy and Jose Bautista were FAs Haha

Yeah, I'd say there's something wrong with it.

If we want to take back his salary, we could probably have him for, basically, nothing (Wandy). Of course, the salary is beyond ridiculous so that would be a difficult choice, but he would make for a pretty solid mid/back-of-the-rotation starter.
