Rumored to have signed Cordoba as mentioned; and we have made an "offer" on Roberto Osuna (#4 on BA's list). I'm going to assume that we're not going to land any more 7-figure guys.

If we can get 3 of the top 6 and 5 of the top 25 then we're certainly going to have the best IFA season again. It's great to see us continue to stock the minors with this much talent.

If you do a search on Twitter for Roberto Osuna, there's a tweet in Spanish from a few days ago pretty much saying that Osuna has an agreement done with the Jays.

Clearly not a concrete source but hopefully there's something to it. I'm optimistic and think there is....he'll cost over $2M I'd think.

I saw the Tweet, but it looks like it was posted by some kid...not a Latin baseball writer or anything.

This stuff is always interesting. I like that the past couple of years, the Jays have really been in the mix for top guys. The one thing I would really, really love to see is the Jays land the absolute, no doubt about it, #1 top IFA one of these years. They've been in the running for those guys but usually end up with "consolation" top-5 guys.

This guy seems to be pretty confident that we will sign Osuna and that he already did his physical.

The Jays have signed Kenan Bailli from Cuba. He's 26 and plays an apparently very good LF. He's hit very well in Cuba. I know absolutely nothing else about him.

Considering his age I guess he'd be up here in Spring Training to get a shot with the the team?

Probably a Quad A player coming in for depth. I don't know how to expect our AAA outfield is going to break down next year. Likely Gose and Sierra, so maybe this guy to round it out?
