I'm embarrassed for the Brewers.

Why would he sign for only 4 years max? When he can get an 8-10 year deal worth over 250 mil?? thats just dumb

Maybe its dumb thinking that the jays will offer a 10 year contract?

All indications are that the jays won't offer a contract that length so i'm trying to fit an offer for the jays that makes sense.

Then Pujols will not even consider Toronto if the most we can offer is 4 years and 80 million...

Nether Pujols or Fielder will consider a contract of less than 8 years.

Here's a thread from the Brewers board where they're discussing the Marcum-Lawrie trade. Some are angry after Marcum had a terrible post season.

I think Pujols resigning in St. Louis is obvious. He's way too important to that franchise

Fielder is very attainable
