What a game the 2nd greatest WS game I have ever watched 1st being Joe Carter's game 6 homer in 1993.

The game was very sloppy in the first 6 innings and I was like oh great Texas is going to win it before the game is even half way done. Lance Berkman and Freese single handily won that game for the Cards. I don't know what Cruz was thinking not charging the ball more so then he did. Dude it's a potential WS clinching catch you have to make it no matter what.

Should be a very good game tonight

Wow 2 runs on no hits. 2 HBP, 1 BB, 1 IBB, 1 FC.

Someone might need to put Colby on suicide watch.

The Texas bullpen failed. Not a surprising outcome when you put your season in the hands of Scott Feldman and Mark Lowe (while leaving Koji Uehara off the freaking roster).

Anyone else crushed that Texas didn't win? I was rooting for them the entire playoffs.. really sucks I was hoping Josh Hamilton would get his first one after all the adversity he's been through..

other than the texas bullpen, there is just too much amateur behavior from Texas.. they celebrate homeruns and scores as if they're blowing the other team out but in reality it's still only a 2 run game.. Andrus goes nuts and they get all hyped after every play.. the best teams are the ones that have the 'been there done that' championship attitude like the Yankees of yesteryear, Boston, or even St.Louis.. they come through in the clutch and they keep moving forward. Every time they panned over to the Texas dugout they were just going ballistic after every run like they already have the series won..

Ron Washington made horrible decisions in terms of the bullpen, I feel sorry for their team.. Mike Adams should have been getting more burn throughout the series as well..

I would've cheered for Hamilton if he wasn't playing for Texas. He was, though, so I had to bite my tongue and cheer for Tony La Russa. Because **** Texas.

I was cheering against St. Louis because they are not a great team and I hate that they won the championship. They always win with their worst teams. Anyone else notice that? I also do not want to hear how it is because they traded Rasmus who was holding them down.

I do believe Colby gets a world series ring out of this.

So we now have a champion on our roster to show all the young guys what it takes to win...
