jays players oot and aboot in toronto

Post#1 » by Mattd97 » Sat Nov 19, 2011 8:09 am

dont know if anyone cares, but a cople months ago i was at underground garage in toronto and hung out with greg zaun as he dank PBR tall boys and awkwardly hit on women on the dancefloor, talked to matt bonner and saw henderson alvarez. tonight JP, romero, morrow and brett lawrie were all there too. so apparently if you ever wanna have a good chance of meeting jays, apparently underground garage is where you want to go. the line sucks, but the bras hanging from the ceiling (with matching "after" polaroids behind the bar) make up for it.

off-season, but feel free to close if needed. perhaps others can mention places they know jays to hang out

Given that Zaun has a history of alcohol abuse, and it was his wife that got him to kick it (which basically rescued his career), neither of those things are good. Would explain how he got so bloated and disheveled within short order after his playing days, though.

Yeah I heard that too. So I was kinda surprised to see him drinking it up at a table with a bunch of women (and an extra drunk male fan) at Hemmingways a couple of months ago. lol

You know what else explains it? Being named in the Mitchell Report.
