OT: Morneau's career may be in jeopardy

While that wasn't a direct quote from Justin, its more or less what he's saying.
he's not fit to play yet, is losing weight to see if that will improve his symptoms and has had this issue for an extended period of time.

Asked if he's contemplated his concussion symptoms ending his career, Morneau said:
`` Well, I don’t think there will be a career if it’s something I’m dealing with,’’ he said. ``That’s the reality of the whole thing. I’m obviously not going to continue to mess around with this if it continues to be a problem. There comes a point where you can only torture yourself for so long.

very sad to see an MVP drop off the map due to an innocent baseball play. wasn't it John MacDonald's knee on a double play attempt that caused the concussion?

Its sad to see such a great player fall off so quickly.

I had totally forgotten that that was the play that started all this. I just have my fingers crossed for him he has a clean spring and a healthy season so he doesn't have that hard a decision to make next spring training.
