He went through arbitration where he had to prove that the results of the test were wrong and get the arbitrator to agree with him.

Everyone should listen to this Will Carroll interview.

Thanks for that link. If the breakdown in process was that the testing occurred knowingly after the UPS delivered "expired" samples, a whole different story.

Pretty ridiculous. Braun's lawyers did a helluva job though.

Nothing to be ashamed of. Bonds juiced, Arod juiced, Ramirez juiced... all the great hitters of our generation did. Braun now joins their elite company.
