yanks are aging. unless arod and tex step it up, they wont have a chance. the bullpen and rotation are pretty bad as well.

Even without Rivera, they have a phenomenal bullpen, assuming Robertson's injury isn't serious.
Their rotation is a concern, but I'd be pretty shocked if they didn't make the playoffs.

limiting the yankees to 1 ER in 6 innings is really more than you could ask for from your #5 starter. hutchison really made some quality pitches when he needed to and has been more than satisfactory the last few outings. bautista's stick is back terrorizing mistakes like we're all used to...so good to see.

great bullpen doesnt translate to a good closer. robertson struggled in the closers role before going on the DL and soriano has struggled with the yankees last year and this.

plus if there rotation is ass = overworked bullpen = bullpen sucks = yanks lose

He's honestly not that far off from his production last season.

Except for the ~.300 points of OPS!

More like .600 points of OPS. He had a 1.365 OPS on May 18 in 2011. Such an incredible Bonds-like run to start the season, the likes of which we may never see again from him.

I'd laugh if the offense comes alive from now on with Lind off in Vegas. The ugliest thing about Lind is there were literally at bats where he looked like he wanted to get back to the dugout as fast as possible. Seemed awful for his teammates.
