Yeah, I don't like to hear these things from players. So he's competitive. Well, he's a professional athlete; he'd better be competitive. Play the game the right way, and leave personnel decisions to management. If you have a problem, talk to management - don't spout off to the media.

If you had a manager who insisted on bringing in people like Cordero and Coello into tight games, I'd voice my opinion loudly too. Big things need to happen this offseason in terms of a manager and pitching.

With Morrow being injured and them still competing, now's not the time to be buyers. If there was a time to really suddenly become buyers it was the off-season. Now that Drabek, Hutch and Morrow are hurt they can't be serious buyers.

They just need to keep going along, if they find a deal that fits short and long-term, maybe consider it but wouldn't give up much. I'd love to see the Jays make a move for Morneau. I know he's having a tough time since his concussion issues but I'd still take a chance he regains his game here, he's Canadian and adds a left handed bat.

Then address the pitching in the off-season.
