THe main reason Loria hired Redmond was likely because he came cheap.

I'm in business and while it may be true that if they are stealing your talent it means they think your employes are valuable, it also means thet think your orginization is weak.

No it doesn't. It means that no one in their right mind is going to turn down a big-league job to remain in the minors. Even a 'strong' organization loses minor league coaches to major league job opportunities. Ease up with the drama. It's better to have a minor league system where other teams want your guys... that shows a strong organization that has put people in a position to potentially succeed in the future.
