Sportsnet to re-broadcast 1993 World Series

Post#1 » by LittleOzzy » Tue Feb 19, 2013 5:33 pm

Looks like Sportsnet will rebroadcast the 1993 World Series starting on the 24th. Should help get everyone hyped for the season.

sweet. rogers has done a tremendous job capitalizing on the hype of the upcoming season with pretty much weekly content. whether it be the up close series, press conferences, state of the franchise, or these world series replays, there has been no shortage of jays coverage this offseason with these programs seemingly planned out perfectly. tons of more jays talk on the fan compared to previous offseasons as well.

Bautista outplays his contract by more than $70 million over the next four seasons (2013-2016).

Rogers has done a fantastic job so far. I'm sure they have a crap-load of content planned for this season. Sportsnet is going to be non-stop Blue Jays this summer.

Yep. I've hated on rogers but can't hate them for what they have done with the jays so far this season.

Even bringing back the old school colours and logos was one of the best things they could of done.

A little high-end CG magic and they can do the 92.5 WS: Jays vs. Jays.

That's pretty ballsy to schedule game 2 and game 6 vs HNIC.

It'd be awesome to see game 6 get better ratings than TOR vs OTT.

93 World Series...damn wasn't that also the last time this team made the playoffs?
Looking for a new signature. Currently, still evaluating.
