Depending on the quality of player you're dropping, I'd do it. I don't really trust Strasburg to stay healthy.

Jarrod Parker, whom has been getting torched pretty much all season. I'm leaning towards pulling the trigger too but man I'll miss Cano :(

with so many declaring the season over so early, I'm curious - what happened to the notion of playing .500 ball by the allstar break = you still have a shot at the playoffs? And many have expressed exactly that even before the latest extra addition of a wild card team.

Only the Astros have a worse run differential in baseball and 9 of Toronto's 13 wins this season have been by 2 runs or less.

They are not exhibiting any signs of being a good team, and while it's not a huge sample, it's not an insignificant one as it was 3 weeks ago, either.

I'd have much more faith in a turnaround (aside from getting injured players back) if signs were there to indicate one was on the horizon, but even that isn't there. The talent is definitely there. The results (and indicators) are not. Now with injuries to the rotation I can't imagine anything getting better any time soon.

Really glad I didn't watch these last two games. Can't see myself tuning in for 40 year old Ramon Ortiz tonight. Apathy is beginning to set in.

Last night's game was fun for most of the game. Even with the blown call on the Rays 2nd run, EE's homerun inexplicably not actually going over the fence (seriously, it was like the ball assumed it was going to make it over and just stopped trying...welcome to the 2013 Blue Jays!), and Rajai being robbed of a couple hard hits at important moments.

It's only frustrating in that it was a very winnable game and the Jays just didn't win.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Seriously though did the ball hit the catwalk undetected. Even Price shook his head in disgust as the ball left the bat
