I believe when the off-season starts we relieve John Gibbons of his managerial duties and bring in a solid verteran championship coach like Charlie Manuel to get the best out of this roster. Let him also choose all of his assistants.
This is the only move that needs to take place in the off-season and would change my entire outlook on this team
