Cautiously optimistic. Enough to get me posting on this board again.

lol at Hedo.

Anyway, Hendrix didn't suggest that the team was going to be a contender. He was making an assessment of the odds, as to whether there was a reason to be optimistic that the Jays could be a contender. I might be wrong, but that's strikes me as being a different animal conceptually. Jinx rules are not in effect.

So he's entitled to his victory lap, because the odds (whether they be 65% or 90%)definitely give a reason for optimism. And isn't optimism what baseball is all about? The actual playoff series themselves are a complete crapshoot. The point is to play meaningful baseball games in September, and to hope for the best.

man… honestly, it's funny seeing calderon on the mavs now, playing an entirely different role than he did with the raptors… he doesn't have the ball in his hands at much (judging by his low assist numbers) and has become an elite spot up 3 point shooter… i can't help but think that hedo season could have been much better, had hero been the primary ball handler and jose played the role he's playing now with the mavs… the raptors just **** it up.

The Raps offense ranked 5th in the league during the Hedo season so I'm not sure how much better it would have been running more plays through Turk? Unless you think that would have fixed the 30th ranked defence? ;)

Nurse is below average at best.
Masai is overrated.
I dont get how so many people believe in the raptors, they have zero to chance to win it all.
