i thought we were friends already.

in all seriousness though, tulo has been pretty **** as a leadoff hitter...

Yes, but he was also crappy batting third for the month of July in Colorado. It's a slump. I can explain it in basketball terms or I can kinda speak a bit of pucktalk if you prefer. In general though, we're 23-3 with Tulo batting first. How does that translate?

so when can we officially declare that i'm clairvoyant?

If Tulo was slumping in the lead off spot I don't see how things would have been different batting anywhere else. The lead off hitter changes every inning. All/most players have slumps. Heck Revere started his JAys career it like Pennington has and nobody was talking about him leading off back then. Edwin was slumping most of the season and then bam.

Sometimes managers just need to let these things play out. 4 weeks is just not a large sample size in a long MLB season.

Nurse is below average at best.
Masai is overrated.
I dont get how so many people believe in the raptors, they have zero to chance to win it all.

You know how when puck heads talk about the Raptors on TV they eventually use hockey analogies? Same thing.
