It all depends on the fracture. The head of sports medicine at Tufts tweeted last night that if it's a small non-displaced fracture, Tulo could play immediately in theory - it wouldn't make a difference to the healing of the bone - but that the pain would inhibit his hitting and throwing, so he'd likely need a few weeks off to recover from that.



The Jabber Jocks on 590 were talking about that this morning, I only caught part of it so missed if it was anyone respectable they were discussing it with....bla bla bla...the point was that they said a few weeks to get the pain under control and then he should be able to play. Maybe some games where he starts but doesn't finish etc.
