Somehow Jeff seems like less of a tool after listening to this segment.

I've heard from people inside of Canada today, and they want me executed. And I've heard from people outside Canada and in the baseball community, and they've said I'm exactly right. It's not just me who's wondering this. It is everyone who is watching the baseball playoffs.

Nope, still a tool.

Having him in the pen with Cecil down and Loup unavailable makes sense for emergency situations. Putting him in for 50 pitches with a 6 run lead in Texas and then having him warming up leading by 5 with Estrada pitching like prime Greg Maddux are things that make no sense to me and make no sense to a lot of other players based on what I've seen, heard and read.

I agree. It would have made sense in game 5 vs Texas but it didn't make sense even pitching him during the game 4 blowout. And since he was scheduled to start game 6 I don't think it made a lot of sense to have him warming up in game 5.

We've discussed in here about Gibby's off deployment of Price but as soon as outside media makes a similar comment everyone gets their back up.

Jeff Passan is definition of tool. His KC bias is so blatant its becoming comical at this point.

The texas one I understand and was annoyed, but do people forget how quickly things turn? I mean do people forget our "ace" price had a comfortable 3-0 lead and was pitching like Randy Johnson then all of sudden turned south and we couldnt get him out because no one was warming up. I mean i guess gibby shoulda took him out there? great hind sight. Or even our "blow out" almost got close.

A few things people forget
-We have no other lefties
-We are playing from behind and thats why Gibbons needs to make "sure" he has his best pitching staff as there maybe no tom.
-We have wha 3 reliable relievers?
-Price hasnt really been pitching like an ace has he?

As what Price has in his locker, if you dont like it pitch better.

Pretty sure lowe and sanchez will be warming up as soon as Price has faced the order twice.
