I can separate Rogers being cheap with Shapiro being an overrated GM just okay thanks.

Quick summary when anyone has criticized his actual moves, as in the actual players he brought.

-doesn't understand the logistics aka any cheap move was the right move

-price wasn't coming back therefore happ was the right move
-rogers was not spending therefore chaves was the right move
-price and rogers... therefore 27m between dickey, happ, and chaves was the right move
