They lost their #2 and #3 pitchers to injuries and they are out for the season.

Cleveland played us pretty tough this year including that crazy 19 inning game on Canada Day...

We did follow that game up with a 9-6 win and a 17-0 ass whooping. They won the season series by one game but missing
Carrasco and Salazar should hurt them in a 7 game series. Still they got Kluber and Bauer and one of those scrappy offenses
the Royals have if we end up facing them.

Really sucks about Liriano. I had high hopes for him being a difference maker in the bullpen. Nothing can ever seem to break perfectly our way damn, there always has to be a "but..." for every good moment. Sigh.

Just because we won doesn't mean Gibby managed a perfect game. Nothing wrong with debating his moves.

I heard Kevin Barker on the fan earlier today claiming that while everyone criticizes Gibby but he ultimately makes the right move 99.9% of the time.

I just add that to the endless list of stupid things Barker has said this season. I have no idea why he gets so much radio and tv time.

Lol he was telling the truth. Gibby isnt one to micromanage or experiment he just goes by the %'s which is why he makes the right move 99% of the time.

I can't believe Gibbly created a situation where Osuna had to go that long. Yea, Frank got hurt, but Biagini could've finished the 7th and Grilli could've at least started the 8th.

I like Gibby and more importantly the players seem to like him. The point is that no manager makes the correct decision 99.9% of the time. It's a ridiculous statement.
