League steps up a league to join Blue Jays

Brandon League hasn't recovered all of the 10 or so miles an hour that strangely went missing from his fastball this spring, but enough of them to make his way back to the Blue Jays.
"I definitely learned a lot of new things," League said of his nearly five-month comeback through extended spring training and three minor-league levels. "Like throwing other stuff than 100 mile-an-hour fastballs."
Litsch beats odds, BoSox
