I was too lazy to actually fill in 40 of these, but here's my top 10:

1. Halladay
2. Bautista
3. Stieb
4. Delgado
5. Fernandez
6. Alomar
7. Barfield
8. Olerud
9. Encarnacion
10. Donaldson

basically.

halladay, bautista, stieb, and delgado (in no particular order, though that is the order i'd go with) should be penciled in everyone's top 4. the fact joe carter is a "consensus" top 7 player means that too many old dudes and bandwagoners have submitted their rankings.

I have the same top five as Randle, in the same order. Strange as it is to say, though, given that he was always my favourite player growing up, I'd drop Alomar a bit because he was only a Jay for five years. So my 6-10 would be:

6. Barfield
7. Olerud
8. Alomar
9. Moseby
10. There are at least ten names you could make a totally valid argument for here and I am indecisive.

For me it's hard to leave Jimmy Key off this list. He had a fantastic ~50 WAR career, much of it with the Jays. You could make a similar case for Hentgen, who racked up 3 5+ WAR seasons, a zillion innings, and a Cy Young as a Jay.

After he won the WS MVP many Jays fans at that time thought he was was incredible. I can remember getting into debates about it. I've yet to figure out one thing he was even average at.

As someone who only started following the Jays since like 2002, it saddens me that I missed out on watching most of the top players in franchise history

Luke Maile is a World Series big hit away from 2nd best in jays history.

The pitchers seemed to like throwing to Borders, he could handle pitches in the dirt which included heavy forballs from Morris and Stewart. As well as Guzman's slider.

Was never a Blue Jays fan because i grew up watching the expos but i did enjoy watching them from 93-97 or 98

which is probably why some of my favorite jays aren't long time Jays but the guys like Paul Molitor and Clemens.

Sickening that Rogers were a bunch of morons for the longest time in wasting the greatest player in Jays history in Halladay by surrounding him with garbage payrolls for the most part.

Having prime Halladay with the 2015 Blue Jays would have been outstanding.
