I know that in the grand scheme of things it’s irrelevant because the team is horrific but it is inexcusable that Smoak was not on second after the bloop hit and he should have scored by now. There’s no reason whatsoever for him to have not been standing on second base.

I'm all for the youth movement, but Hernandez is hard to watch.
Black Watch and Hamyltowne, my former usernames, are tartan patterns. Nothing to do with any race or any city.

They DFA Jackson yet? Not his fault with that Guerrero Jr. error but he's getting hit pretty hard. He's tough to watch.

Ok I think I know what it was about. Thanks for removing that.

Jackson is so bad it's fascinating. He'd be amazing fun if I were a fan of the opposition... Even as it is, he pretty much guarantees it's going to be a high scoring game in some way shape or form, as the other team is usually coasting by the 2nd inning which allows the Jays to score 5 or 6 utterly meaningless runs along the way as they lose 17 to 6.
Plus, he has a chance to make the record books. Currently he has an 11.90 ERA with 4 decisions. He has to be close to setting some sort of record with a minimum number of decisions that's never going to be broken. And having a WAR as awful as his in so few outings is probably on the right track for even more records. This really should be a thing. A silver lining in an otherwise dismal season. Edwin Jackson would set all sorts of MLB records if only the Jays were willing to let him.
Bucket! Bucket!

Keep him until he gets to 50 IP at least, so that he can take a certain record from a certain Jays legend.
Completely random, but being the seasonal winner of the "worst ERA with 50+ IP" title actually seems to bode well for your career. Recent winners include Charlie Morton, Matt Boyd and Rich Hill...plus a bunch of guys that were never heard from again, but still.

**** your asterisk.
