That's the right thing to do...they should do the same thing with Vernon too.

I agree with you guys that Vernon should be shut down now, and get the operation done so that he'll have more time to recover before next season.

It should be more like "Oh damn I hope it's my fave player Luna!!" :P

You'd like to think that it would be a great time to call up your top 3B prospect and see what he can do at third for the rest of the way.

Instead, we have Russ Adams at third.

Why?

Because we don't have any.
