Serious baseball teams aren't starting a pitcher with a 6+ ERA when it is nearly August.

Manoah is done.

This team needs to go out there and get another starting pitcher.

Other than throwing games away needlessly to cost the team a shot at the playoffs, what exactly is it that the Jays think they are getting from Manoah in these starts?

No chance I'm giving anything significant for a rental on this team.

Keeping Kikuchi in might have helped us today in case Manoah struggled.

How is a pitcher who came into today's game with a 4.74 ERA locating and dominating the Blue Jays today? Baseball is a funny game.

Despite the doom and gloom from this board Manoah has been solid today.

Guerrero now team leader in home runs as it should be. Hopefully he stays hot this offense needs it badly.

If giving up hard contact and walking batters while having no command of a single pitch is your idea of solid, Manoah is certainly your guy.

Giving up 2 runs over 4 is all you can ask.

They don't have any choice but to use Manoah to see where he's at, with trade deadline, Ryu possibly returning. Seattle offense isn't that potent anyways.
