Kinda. But his exit velocities were never great. His average exit velocity last year was 86.1, which isn’t good. His xSLG last year was .316. This year his average exit velocity is over 90 and his xSLG is .510 (going into this game).

This season is definitely an outlier season for him in terms of his home run rate.
