Wagner isn't terrible, but he'd have a hard time getting at-bats if we had a healthy lineup.

You have Varsho coming back imminently and Gimenez a week or two after that. That’s two left handed bats. Seemed to be a numbers thing. They weren’t going to send out Lukes on merit and Schneider as a RHB.

He’s below average defensively. And very 1-dimensional offensively

Given how much the FO built him up during the offseason, fair to say he’s been disappointing.

Total fine with giving him up

I'd say both those players are worthwhile additions. You don't want to move too many major leaguers out who got this team into first place either. We have Varsho coming back. Ideally the only upgrade spot is another bullpen arm and a righty bat.

I'm not a an Atkins fan, but I don't think they've done bad this deadline... Bieber came cheap and is a #1 when healthy and Dominguez is a decent 8th inning guy... I would have preferred an additional high leverage RP.

wtf are we doing our bullpen needs help and we needed a right handed bat and we haven’t addressed any of it… now we want Kwan? I don’t mind Kwan would be sick, but I’ll be disappointed if we don’t get a high end reliever. How the **** are we getting beat out of the trade markets by the Yankees and mariners. Can’t believe it.

Last season had me fooled. Just a contact guy that offers nothing else. This season he didn't offer much of that either.
