This game is a grind, another WC game that could very well go extra inning's.

Another very entertaining WC game that will likely become another battle of the bullpens and go into extras. Also, I wish Dan called the AL WC game instead.

I hate the Giants and their mediocre hitters always coming through.

Jeurys is an extreme ground ball pitcher who couldn't pitch down in the zone because he couldn't get dead on strikes called by the ump.

Madison Bumgarner is unreal. How does he do this time after time?

Giants are **** unbelievable. I'd put money down on them to knock out the Cubs.

I think the Cubs would have rolled through the Mets, either sweeping them or winning pretty easily in 4, but I think this series will go 5 with the Giants winning.

Connor Gillaspie, Career .706 OPS in 1344 AB.

The White Sox traded Gillaspie to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for cash considerations on July 24, 2015. He was designated for assignment on August 18.

On February 2016, the San Francisco Giants signed Gillaspie to a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training. He started the season with the Giants' Triple-A affiliate, the Sacramento River Cats of the Pacific Coast League. He was called up on April 22nd.

Giants will be the biggest threat against the cubs. 3-4 regular season record, and I believe in even-year success for the giants. Giants in the world series!

Is there anyone with a better playoffs career than Bumgarner? In ANY sport? 0.50 ERA on the road is unreal

Madison Baumgarner is ridiculously good in big games... well, in general too, but especially in big games. What a stud.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

He's the anti-David Price. It's crazy how one guy elevates his game to new heights under pressure while the other guy completely crumbles.

That's what I appreciate about Stroman. His stuff isn't as good as Madbum's (yet) but he has confidence, and you just can't teach that.
