Does John Schneider pull Trey early, if he's in a similar situation as Gausman?

This bullpen is simply not championship material. Need at least two more Starters also, by letting Scherzer, Bassitt and Bieber walk. Ross Atkins and Shapiro could learn a thing or two on how to build a team like Seattle, spending about 90 million less than the Jays.

I’d give Varland a go.

I expect Varland is starting the spring as a SP next year, I think that’s why they wanted him

The rotation is not championship material.

The lineup is also not championship material.

But the payroll is close to championship material

Top 5 Payroll when you have guys like Santander, Gimenez, Hoffman, Berrios, Scherzer, and DFA guys like Chad Green providing little return on investment. Ross Atkins and Shapiro should take notes on the intelligent way Seattle constructed their team.

We got a lot of work to do this off-season.

Re-sign Bo and Bieber

Sign at least one of: Ranger Suarez, Freddy Peralta, Michael King

Gausman
Bieber
Peralta/Saurez/King
Yesavage
Berrios

Another run that would have been stopped by Straws arm which Varsho couldn’t get to home from shallow CF.

The alternative is that we dont spend a lot and just be stuck in that 1994-2014 purgatory lol

Atkins and Shapiro may be smarter than Seattle's FO. They fooled the Blue Jays owners into thinking getting this type of team with such a high payroll is money well spent.

We must have really begged MLB to allow us to open the roof thinking our offense would perform, but it being opened isn,t carrying our flyballs, but Seattle is having no problems against our meatball BP today.Maybe playing in Seattle will help our BP give up less meatball bombs

Probably but I won’t blame em for trying

The guy throws 98 and throws like 3-4 other pitches for strikes. In theory it could work

Raul Mondesi himself isn’t making that play.
