I don't see how this relatively minor infraction would jeopardize his future with the Jays.
Less likely because he's a professional baseball player and thus can afford good lawyerin', but it's a good way to end up as a registered sex offender. And given that Florida, in particular, has notoriously strict laws for sex offenders, that's a good way to make it really difficult for him to play baseball.
Well obviously it's wasn't the time or the place, but I don't think choking the chicken to porn in his own vehicle makes him a sex offender. We'll have to see what further details emerge, but so far I'd say he's mostly guilty of exercising extraordinarily poor judgement/restraint. Hopefully for his sake this is a one time thing and not part of a pattern of public debauchery.
