What chance to we have of hiring a good manager if he's told he won't have full control over in-game decision making? I know I wouldn't that job.
They hired Charlie Montoyo and John Schneider, their only two managerial hires so far. Based on that, it’s pretty clear this management group doesn’t want a good manager. They want a puppet.
