I was so annoyed by all the hype the Yankees and Schlittler were getting heading into this series.

It was legitimately pissing me off so this feels extra good.

Another factor is why let him go through the lineup for a 3rd time? The less amount of times they see him the better especially if they may use him again later in the series.

Schneider said they wanted to spare him at Yankee stadium.I dont like it when Schneider or the Khakis makes plans ,and doesn,t have the flex to change them.Odds are either of then would have hit him here at home.He goes into NY now, they have hologram info on him,and it might not go exactly the same as it did here.
Now we have to hope Bieber pitches a no no

Game 5 would be at home

Is it better for hitters to have more or less intel on him?

Good question, depends on the results after i guess.
I just wanted the Yanks more demoralized going home, and its made easier to wrap it up next game.Every little bit helps..anything you can use to destroy NY lol.

You think they aren't still demoralized going home down 2-0 with neither game being competitive?

Making the game 13-7 instead of 13-2 is like the equivalent of being up 40 in a basketball game and "ONLY" winning by 20.

Not as much as i wanted them to be :) or feel they could have been if the let Trey stay in for 12 more pitches or so, but i,ll take any win over them.

Yesavage dominated that team about as badly as any pitcher could dominate a team. I hope that early pull means he’s in play to pitch some on Wednesday if necessary, we are going to badly need it.

As far as the 2nd half of the game, Bruihl isn’t good so that isn’t a huge concern (and Nance is probably our lowest leverage RH arm). Lauer looking that bad, though, considering we need him to be the bulk guy in a few days is a much bigger concern.

Time to make up an injury for Bruihl after game 3 and get Bassitt in that pen.

they should know they have to score more runs than the other team to win a game.

Allthese people are Kayheads.Kay said the same **** last season after an early series in NY where he thought we fouled off too many two strike pitches, and we ended up having a terrible season. There was no big deal made about what he said publicly,it was ignored, except the cohost on his daily podcast beat him up over it.This is why you cant be greedy enough when it comes to beating them.

The Yankees are playoff chokers. This is what they do. I said it before the playoffs started. Judge is barely better than a replacement level hitter in the playoffs. Fried had a 4.66 playoff ERA before today. When your best players are prolific chokers, the rest of the team gets dragged down with them.

Our guys also love to play against them.
