Even moving forward with gausman giving up the hr..we still had a good chance with a tie game like Detroit had for so long with their tie game...Manager went on pull mode, reminding us of berrios, even though that was sooner...Gausman still had gas left, but their second run took the air out.

Gausman deserved to finish the inning.

No guarantees in sports.
Jays look like the team that party and had a long flight
Pitching change doesn’t matter.
Jays not prepared to hit. They had the Trejekt all day to practice a way to lite up on Miller

Worst offensive game I've seen from the Jays in quite a while... and on a game where they should absolutely be ready.

Mariners after a 15 inning slugfest with the Tigers, travelling late and playing away, there's no excuse for that **** performance. Ever.

Polanco is 3/12, 0 HRs, 8 Ks vs Gausman in his career.

Offense was terrible after the bad luck first but that was two of the dumbest pitches thrown this season by this team that turned that game.

You can’t let 60 HR hitter Raleigh beat you in that spot in a 2-2 count with 2 outs in a 1 run lead. Atrocious pitch in that game context.

And then Little’s 3-2 FB with a base open to Polanco and a lefty on deck was also really puzzling.

Well deserved loss, the sweep may be in.

Didn,t like the talk about how we should win,and how tired they would be.That stuff never works out,it just motivates the other teams focus.

Even pulling Gausman vs Polanco was insanely stupid. I wouldve been fine with Little verse Naylor/Suarez. Gotta trust your ace on 80 pitches to get out a guy who hasn't got a hit off him batting from his weaker side.

Also I think Gausman just missed with that spilt shouldve been in the dirt.

I didn’t have a huge problem with the pull myself after the previous two ABs where his command was way off, Little should be throwing his curve there to pitch around to get to Naylor and for whatever reason didn’t do it.

Need your Man Crushes Varsho and Kirk, along with the 500 million man to not look so garbage at the plate again tomorrow or this series will be done in Seattle.

Miller, and the mariners supposed to be tired.Miller was hitting 97 avg.Not bad for 3 days rest.We thought we were gonna win,and took it for granted, especially after the first pitch hr by Springer. At least we wont be doing that again.

We're yankee merchants. We can't beat the Mariners they might just be our LeBron. What the hell are we supposed to do now?

If we score 1 run per game with a 1:1 K/BB ratio all series it will be something but I think our offense will show up starting tomorrow just gotta stick with it and not press.

Too add the Tigers who in 15 innings struck out 17 times and walked only twice still managed a BABIP of 0.242 (still would be by far worst in the league). I think as long as we keep not chasing balls and have better swings we should score more.
