Ugh, bad enough to have one of Lukes and Clement. Can we not at least split up rest days? 2 auto outs in the order is really not ideal. I’d actually prefer Biggio over both.

I see it's a Kikuchi batting practice kinda night. We're really gonna lose this series 3-1 with a positive run differential lmao

Jays didn't care about winning this game anyway judging by the lineup, so Kikuchi is just throwing pitches accordingly.

Way to copy last nights batting order from a night we score 20 runs Schneider.

why not roll with the same lineup as yestreday? This manager/FO are idiots man!

want to give them a day off to rest? da **** out of here with that nonsense. These are professional baseball players. Rest them when you're not playing a divisional rival and one you are chasing in the standings and you're hitting against a very good pitcher in McClanahan.

I dont blame Kikcuchi so much anymore.Schneider is as arrogant as the GM,s are,and have no clue how to support pitchers with sound offensive game planning.

These players are a bunch of frauds! Beating up on poor pitching and struggling to score and hit against good to elite pitching. Is this a team that is built to win it all? I think not. We have all been fooled fellas.

Lukes and Clement against Shane was just not a serious choice if we wanted to win tonight. With Kikuchi pitching like this it probably didn't matter but still lmao

Those two aren't a serious choice against any MLB pitcher.

I wonder how Rogers feels about spending $213 million on a team that misses the playoffs. Maybe we'll finally get a change at the top. I know he's BFFs with Shapiro, but Ed loves money more than anything.

The previous version of Kikuchi would have allowed a lot more runs, and bombs than tonight. He is trying to get better, and Berrios was great last night, and we had all 3 phases going. We need to click on all phases, and stop relying on one phase so often. That last 4th phase is managing, and ........ :banghead: its not clicking lol.
I wonder if he takes advice from Mattingly.

I know the FO sets lineups in a lot of organizations. Given how moronic our lineups have been under both Charlie and Schneider, you have to wonder if this is the work of Atkins.

The lineup to me,could be so much better, and they could transfer so much more pressure to their opponents by having 3 guys with speed/contact batting before our big guy.The last thing any opposing pitcher,i feel, would want is to face our big guy with guys on,so that opposing pitcher would have to pitch to whoever our 1,2,3 batters are.It would be nice to see what happens if that could happen on a regular basis.
