Considering they need to go something like 20-10 in their remaining games, id say their chances of making the playoffs are less than 25% at this point. They have yet to show they can go on any kind of extended winning streak this entire season. Its feast or famine with this team. All the radio pundits keep saying "they need to get hot". Yeah....i dont see it happening when they can get shutout or held to 1 or 2 runs by any random 5-6 ERA scrub on any given night.

It's maybe a little better than that, but you're almost completely reliant on the Rangers continuing to fall apart. The Jays are not better than any of the teams they are chasing and that's become quite evident.

During a time where the team was struggling to score runs. It's embarrassing.

I'd suggest pulling Berrios soon for Francis or you're gonna be looking at a blowout.

A run here and the game is over.

Too late. Could see that coming from a mile away given all the hard contact.

The season is over. If we cannot defeat teams like the Nationals or the Guardians, we have no place in the playoffs.

Talk about a team underperforming its talent level.

If Guillermo is back next year, I won't be tuning in. I'm sick of seeing good/great offensive players come here to die.

3.5 back of a playoff spot after today's game. I imagine they'll be out of the race completely in a week or two given the Bichette injury and the lineups they're putting out there now without him.

We're really choking this "easy" part of the schedule

Same here. I believe that the coaching staff as a whole should be replaced, but I would make an exception for Walker who should be retained. He's done a good job with the pitching staff.

4 more solo HR’s from Davis could tie it.

Nationals have been playing better baseball than this team for a few months now. This is pretty expected.

lost 2 out of 3 to the guardians, most likely losing 2 out of 3 to the nationals since our offense is feast or famine. We blow our load one game and then score 1 run or less for the next two games. Pathetic offense. And this is the "easy" part of our schedule lmao. Cant wait to see these clowns drop 2 out of 3 to the likes of the A's and Royals next week.

More bad swings at pitches outside the zone from Vlad. The team is getting carved up by another 4.5 ERA pitcher.

Over aggressive and when he does make contact he's late on everything. Super frustrating watching a guy with this much raw talent just flail up there. And with that said he's still our 3rd best hitter lmao

Tough loss, but luckily, its still August. Rangers tied 0-0 as well.
