It’s an injury Dan
He’d have hit in this game otherwise

Still have 4 more games left against our nemesis this year, division is miles from being over

Just glad we won the 1st 2 against the devil. We'll likely go 0-4 the rest of the way against them but it's fine as long as we can get 3 or 4 out of 6 from kc/boston to go 93-69 or 94-68 and nyy loses at least 1 or 2 more

10 games left and presumably a 4 game lead after tonight. And of course, we have the tiebreaker.

I went and counted it up and the Jays are 10-20 in road day games this year (and 29-18 in road night games).
Part of that day record is the punt lineups (and I expect another one tomorrow) but that’s pretty inexplicably terrible for an otherwise good team.
At least they’ve only got 2 left but we should probably hope we aren’t playing a day road game in the playoffs.

Day games in the playoffs is not the same as regular season. They'll be ready.

They've played 9 days in a row and 152 games total, yeah it's fatigue setting in.

Terrible deal by Rogers.

This is great news! Although if next friday's Jays/Tampa games ends up being the Division winning game, SN will have some egg on their face.

Wish we could have games on apple but with our commentators and not theirs. I dont have cable so games on apple is better.

You can technically change the audio stream and it'll play the Toronto radio broadcast - not Dan and Buck, but better than the alternative.

They still haven't figured out how to pitch Simpson 4 games into this series. He's not even a good hitter.

That's dumb I didn't know that. Why would they care more about celebrating just a postseason spot tomorrow night instead of winning the division where the celebration is bigger?

The Jays are banking that they can clinch the division before next Friday but it's gonna be a horrific deal if they don't.
