With the way this team has been hitting a 3 run deficit with 3 innings to go shouldn't feel so hopeless but it really feels more like 6 runs down to our last strike.

Barger absolutely killed us with that gaff.

Yea I imagine we'll be revisiting that Judge at-bat for a long while to come and wondering why we gave him a fastball with a 0-2 count.

Worst case we should at least get the Yankees to burn Bader, ideally a 2 inning save

Santander has no business playing RF. Lukes makes that play 10 our of 10 times.
DH-ing him would have been better.

John Schneider has hurt us tonight more than Addison Barger's dropped pop fly.

His approach at the plate today was awful too. Just a complete sell-out swing for everything approach.

I would've honestly put in Hoffman.

Nope it’s gonna be the barger error.

Relievers that are left to use
1. Dominguez
2. Nance
3. Hoffman
4. Bruihl (only if we fall behind by 4 or more)

We will probably only need to pitch the 7th and 8th innings tonight, but if we comeback we can make it through 9 as well. And nobody should have been overworked that we want to pitch tomorrow.

I would be happy as **** if we got to extra innings tonight (and that is way too hopeful optimism). And that could be a Lauer vs Blackburn showdown.
