Cito and the pitchers

So in the first game he leaves Marcum in, everything falls apart, and Cito gets ripped.
Today, TWICE he visited the mound and left the pitcher in (Romero, then Frasor). Both times it worked out. He gets knocked when it doesn't work, but he should get praised when it does work. That's his style. He let's his players play.
