I smell something and I'm pretty sure its a sweep. I love the power and clutchiness, but would not mind a few sustained run producing innings and some hits with RISP
Go Jays Go 161-1

I doubt it, actually.
Rios was loyal to us through thick and thin over the years, it was just time for us and him to part ways.
If I were going, I'd cheer my heart out for the guy.

Hmm assuming it takes 95 wins to get to the playoffs, they already have 5 out of the way.
90 more to go wooo!

90 more out of 156 games. We just need to win 58% of our remaining games!

My prediction: Rios is going to get booed like no player ever has before in that stadium. Also, in years past, fans have thrown golf balls and baseballs at random players like Josh Anderson during home openers, so it's not a stretch to say things will be thrown at him either.

Hoping for some good games.
As for Rios, he just doesn't have the love for baseball to reach his potential sadly.

uh... seriously dude? he will get booed. Like crazy.
In case people need some extra ammo:

Things in Toronto haven't been going too well for Alex Rios this season and the video above sure isn't going to earn him any sympathy points. One day after he was fitted for the golden sombrero at Rogers Centre, the above video of Rios blowing past an autograph-seeking kid and then loudly swearing multiple times at a bystanding heckler surfaces on YouTube.

That kid was sent by an autograph hound and that heckler (probably the autograph hound) is an ****, but yeah, Rios shouldn't have reacted like that.

Rios played some games after that happened and no one seemed to care.
I doubt he will get booed, but most likely some heckles in the outfield.
