Tallet to Start on Tuesday

Looks like Tallet is movingback to the rotation. I'm not surprised and I feel it is the right decision to keep Litsch down in rehab for a little longer. There is no need to rush him back too early.

I'm assuming one of Purcey, Lewis or Roenicke will be sent down. Reed or McCoy if they want to keep an extra pitcher. I'm guessing Lewis. They haven't really given Purcey a chance yet.

Wow if facing the best team in baseball to this point wasn't bad enough, we have Tallet coming back from injury to face them. That has massacre written all over it.

It is pretty unfortunate that the triumverant of Cecil, Romero, and Marcum faced the O's. While Morrow, Tallet and Marcum will face the Rays. That is just plain bad luck. Hopefully we get good Brandan and lots of run support.

Mehhh.... A win is a win. It's not like we blew out Baltimore. We pretty much needed those 3 good performances to win those games. We just have to hope our offence can win us at 2 of the games vs. the Rays. Let's hope ....

It was a choice between Tallet and Mills. Neither one was likely to be pretty. Litsch will be up soon enough.

They play another series next week with the Rays in which all three of them will face them, I believe.

I was going to go to the game on Tuesday but now I'm going to wait until Wednesday. Hopefully we can get tonight and Wednesday because we're going to be hard pressed to get a win out of this one.

I would take that considering it's Tallet and he's coming off the DL.

Exactly, just enough to keep us in the game. That's all I really want/expect from him.
