Friday, June 18 | 7:07 PM ET
SF Barry Zito, LHP (7-2, 3.10) @ TOR Brandon Morrow, RHP (4-5, 5.14)
Giants: Zito beat his former team for the first time in his career in his last outing, holding Oakland to two runs on six hits in seven innings of work. Zito made only two mistakes against the A's, giving up two solo home runs, as he earned his first victory since May 14. Zito is 5-2 with a 3.52 ERA in 10 career starts against Toronto.
Blue Jays: Morrow appears to be growing more and more comfortable with the mechanical changes made earlier this season. As he has adjusted to his lowered arm slot, Morrow's pitch velocity has returned to form and he has experienced a strong run on the hill. Over his last four starts, the hard-throwing right-hander has gone 1-1 with a 2.16 ERA, limiting hitters to a .185 average in that span. In his previous nine starts, Morrow went 3-4 with a 6.80 ERA. On Saturday at Colorado, Morrow picked up a loss after giving up just one run over six innings.
Saturday, June 19 | 1:07 PM ET
SF Matt Cain, RHP (6-4, 2.05) @ TOR To be announced
Giants: Cain wasn't nearly as dominant in his most recent outing as he had been in his previous three, but he still managed to earn his fourth straight win. Cain threw seven innings, giving up one run on eight hits while striking out four. He threw 116 pitches. Cain has never faced the Blue Jays and is 5-8 with a 2.90 ERA in 15 career Interleague starts.
Sunday, June 20 | 1:07 PM ET
SF Jonathan Sanchez, LHP (5-5, 2.78) @ TOR To be announced
Giants: Sanchez bounced back from a shaky outing in Cincinnati with an impressive start in his last start against Baltimore, allowing eight hits in 7 2/3 innings. Sanchez gave up two runs, one on a solo home run by Matt Wieters and another on an RBI double to Ty Wigginton in the top of the seventh. He finished throwing 117 pitches, 79 for strikes, striking out five and walking one.
Oh and to all the Dads of the forum if we have any...

We usually just prop up some pitching machine and hope for the best.

It looks kinda like that, except in human form- with a bit of tubbiness and freckles. Someone mentioned the O'Doyle family before, yeah it looks something like one of those goons.

Heh. Tallet or Litsch, it would seem. Or Zep, if we end up bringing him to the MLB roster in time.
So like sensei said, prop up a pitching machine, heh.

Who's expecting Freddy Lew to go perfect during this series, all extra base hits? I know I am. While the Giants chew on their Skoal and David's Sunflower Seeds purchased using that $75k we sent them in exchange.

Normally the rotation goes as:
Marcum
Tallet
Romero
Morrow
Litsch (recent return, Eveland traded)
Although I think it's going to be different, it may go something like Morrow, Tallet and Litsch maybe?
No clue.

Zito stopped being good years ago. The NL West helps with appearances.

I don't think that's fair. Zito has been very good this year.

3.89 FIP.
We'll crush at least one of these pitchers.

3.89 FIP.
And a 4.71 xFIP. In the NL West.
Zito is what he is, which is far from being very good.

Pretty Sure Cecil is 5th and Tallet was replaced with Litsch.
