I can't stand Encarnacion for one more day. I'd play John McDonald at 3rd just to sit his ass on the bench. But Bautista at least can do the position justice. So when does Travis come back so we can stage Vive Encarnacion Libre day?

Hahahaha that should play on the Jumbotron when he comes up!

Truthfully, Snider JUST started throwing and playing catch. I would say 2 more weeks.

Us blue jay fans have seen some bad results from long lingering wrist injuries... I'm not so much concerned as to when, as I am for him to be 100% healthy.

He's not gonna be back until the all star break, they're being really cautious with him.

Hopefully soon, I love this kid, I think he is going to be a big part of how we do over the next few years

Apparently playing in Florida tomorrow, then will move up through AA with a return to TO immediately after the all-star break.

John Lott: "After 1G in Dunedin, Snider takes his rehab to New Hampshire. http://bit.ly/dqdBq9"

Guessing he's up right after the ASB

getting a bit bizarre, not sure if his sidelining remains precautionary rather than there being still an actual problem.

Hand and wrist injuries are tough...even now that he's pain-free, it might take a little time to regain his form, and thus there's really no harm in letting him figure it out in the minors, so that when he does return to the bigs he's already at full stride.

Only wonder where this team would be in the win totals if Snider was still in the lineup. He was heating up and tearing the ball when he got injured. :(

Seems like when Snider starts getting some games in and progresses, an injury occurs hampering his progression. Must suck for him. Sucks for us having to watch Encarscrubcion...

EE actually playing better as of late. If we agree to pick up the remainder of this year's contract, we might get a mid level prospect for him.
