Game 1: Friday, July 22, 8:05 PM ET, Rangers Ballpark in Arlington
Probable Pitchers : Jo-Jo Reyes, LHP 5-7, 4.94 ERA vs Colby Lewis, RHP 9-7, 4.07 ERA
Reyes was rocked his last time out by the Yankees, who tagged him for seven earned runs on 10 hits. In his last three outings, the 26-year-old has allowed 26 hits and 11 earned runs while walking six and striking out just two.

Game 2: Saturday, July 23, 8:05 PM ET, Rangers Ballpark in Arlington
Probable Pitchers : Carlos Villanueva, RHP 5-2, 3.31 ERA vs Matt Harrison, LHP 8-7, 2.91 ERA
Villanueva is coming off of his first rough outing in more than a month, having given up five runs on eight hits over six innings against the Yankees. The 27-year-old has pitched at least six innings in seven consecutive starts.

Game 3: Sunday, July 24, 8:05 PM ET, Rangers Ballpark in Arlington
Probable Pitchers : Brett Cecil, LHP 2-4, 5.77 ERA vs Alexi Ogando, RHP 10-3, 2.72 ERA
Cecil allowed five runs on nine hits during his last outing against the Mariners. He was in line for the loss until a late-inning Blue Jays rally gave him the no-decision. Cecil has thrown at least six innings in four consecutive outings.

Lets continue the streak ! The Rangers are hot right now but we have:

Well, for those of us who want Reyes gone (which I'm guessing is all of us), we'll probably get our wish tomorrow. Jo Jo in Texas has massacre written all over it.

The fact that we let Mariners score so many runs (by Mariners standards) kind of scares me for this series.

The jays have actually played Texas well recently... which is odd because they used to crush us, specifically in texas...

We certainly don't have the best pitching matchups heading in, but if our offense can keep putting up runs we may be able to eeek out a couple games.

For some reason I think we might just barely win the opener. I see us winning the second and Cecil getting crushed in the third.

Well this team trends to play to the level of the opponent, and we play really well against the Rangers.

That's a pretty underwhelming trio of starters we'r throwing out there, expecting to get swept.

Hell may have to freeze over before Reyes loses his spot. You just know Farrell and AA are itching to make him opening day starter next year.

I predict the Jays will take the first in a slugfest, and the second in a pitching duel. We'll need a heck of a start from Cecil to take the 3rd.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

The Blue Jays offense consisting of Mike Mccoy, Don Macjonald, Corey Patterson, Raj Davis, and Aaron Hill will make up for the lack of pitching.

Looks like Snider will be playing CF whenever a righty is on the mound. And when Lawrie is up, this lineup could be very exciting.

Escobar SS
Thames LF
Bautista RF
Lind 1B
EE DH
Snider CF
Lawrie/Hill 3B/2B
Hill/Lawrie 2B/3B
Arencibia C
