who are the bluejays....?

i am a big basketball fan. i watch pretty much every team with thunder/Lakers as my favorite after the raptors. i have been watching baseball here and there for the past 2 years but starting to get really into it. i don't know a lot so can you guys help me a little?
i understand in baseball teams have a lot of prospects in the minors so who are the bluejays best prospects and how do they rank as prospects in the entire league?
who is our best prospects? hitting/fielding/pitching and how old are they?
who are some young players on the bluejay that play every game this year and whats their potential?
whats the average age for a prospect that gets called up?
BTW when do you think we will eventually make the playoffs and if you had to compare us to an upcoming basketball team, who would it be?
