He has done that a few times already, love the balance between goofyness and seriousness on this team. Makes for the perfect clubhouse atmosphere.

the important part is where and when it shows.
that video is taking after the game after he just put the team on his bat and had a solid game and they won. thats the correct time to be silly showing your true personality and enjoying the light side of baseball.
earlier in the game when bad calls were being made on him and they were losing he was showing frustration followed by focus on the task at hand, which eventually led to Goofy Eric having fun...
