Put Bautista (Jose, not Tony :D) at 3B (or at least Gruber who has to be better than Sprague) so you can have Carter or Barfield in RF (and include a DH for Olerud). Other than that, Key before Wells is easy for me and I'd take Borders over Fletcher simply because Fletcher is nothing special and Borders won a WS MVP. And I think the reliever list is wrong, but I don't care enough to say who I'd pick instead.

My Fault, I was thinking of Dan Plesac for the situational lefty, and for some reason mixed him up with Schoenweiss

Looking at all LHP for Toronto in general, man is it thin. Only starters that really stand out would be Key, Wells, and Romero. The bullpen really lacks there even worse.

What about BJ Ryan? He had one amazing season, and another decent one 2 years after.. I figured since you had Clemens, then Ryan could break the list as well.

Sprague and Gruber sucked. Fan favourites because they were on the team in 92/93, but they weren't very good.

I'd go with:

C: Whitt
1: Delgado (Sorry, Crime Dog)
2: Robbie
3B: Mulliniks
SS: Fernandez
LF: Bell
CF: Wells
RF: Bautista
DH: Molitor

Rotation: Clemens, Halladay, Stieb, Key, and Doyle Alexander.

Bullpen: Henke, Ward, Downs, Quantrill, Eichorn, Frasor

Devon White in 5 seasons with Jays- 22.7 WAR

Wells in 10+ seasons with the Jays- 25.8 WAR

Vernon deserves on the list. He's definitely been the best CF in team history.

3B has been a real black hole for this team. I have to give it to Kelly Gruber. He was a 2x all star, gold glove and won a silver slugger. That's the best performance we've had from 3B.

I'm sure Wells had around 23 WAR if you look at only a 5 seasons, too. I chose Vernon over Devo because he was with the team for so much longer and was home-grown. The talent itself was fairly even, with Vernon being the better hitter and Devo the better fielder.

I thought Shoeneweis was **** terrible when I started watching baseball, but he was actually pretty decent for us the one season, and really good overall against lefties. He never seemed to retire batters when I watched him.

But yeah, I'm sure B.J. Ryan has him beat as a lefty specialist. Or Plesac - not familiar with him.

No Jason Frasor for bullpen or just because he's the franchise leader in apperances doesn't mean he deserves to be an all time Jay?
