Ernie Whitt gets his biggest win.

Scott Richmond closes it out.

(Nice of the U.S. to knock out Cuba in the semi's...)

Congrats to the Maple Leaf!
Is anybody here a marine biologist?

I don't see why Scott Richmond is not in the Blue Jays bullpen mix.... likely cause the JAYS see him as a starter still, but at this stage, he isen't gonna be a successful MLB starter, he can though be a very successful relief pitcher. He is not young, remember he was our "veteran rookie" not long ago.

I remember just a few seasons back he was the second best pitcher in the JAYS rotation behind Roy Halladay for a good part of the season. Then he tailed off or something and fell behind the depth. He is a candidate for the 5th spot next season "again", and likely wont get it. Make him a relief pitcher. He is MLB talent.
