http://tracking.si.com/2011/12/07/report-new-york-mets-and-rp-jon-rauch-agree-to-deal/The New York Mets and right-handed relief pitcher Jon Rauch have agreed to terms on a deal, according to MLB Network’s Jim Duquette. The deal is contingent upon Rauch passing a physical.
Good riddance, comp pick attained.
edit: amid all confusion, Rauch was tendered arb. we get a sandwich pick for him and one for Frank.

He Blew the Roy Halladay game, but made up for it with his rebelious antics.

Did we offer him arbitration? I thought he was the one we didn't.

Francisco will close for the Mets, with Rauch setting up, tweets Davidoff. The Blue Jays employed a similar setup in their bullpen for much of the season, and will receive compensation picks for both Francisco and Rauch.

Lol! A scrub like Rauch becoming a comp pick is just gaming the system. I can't believe the Mets are doing this, other than the fact that being out of the AL East might keep Rauch's HR totals down from Jo-Jo awful to mediocre level.

With Frank Francisco and Jon Rauch signing with the Mets and us picking up 2 draft picks. I'm convinced that Anthopolous is a greek god.

Thank you for the game where you lost it and had your jersey torn apart on you while you tried to get the umpire.
Thank you for the draft pick.
That's the highlights so that's all I got.

"Rauch's departure to the Mets means the #BlueJays will receive an extra pick between 1st and 2nd round in next year's draft."
