Joel Zumaya in Jays Bullpen could work

Post#1 » by turtle_15 » Fri Dec 16, 2011 2:24 am

Saw a few tweets the past day or so saying almost all the teams were at his workout the other day and he was throwing in the 93-96 range. Thinking he could be a nice piece to add to the bull pen, a low risk high reward kind of signing.
Thoughts???

he sounds exactly like the type of guy AA loves to pick up, IF and thats a big if he can stay healthy he could b a big piece in the bull pen possibly slide into the set-up role

We're full of RHR guys right now. Carreno will probably start in AAA despite being lights out for us last year.

What we really need is a LHR to complete the rotation.
