Farrell on the Fan

It seems as though he is on with McCown. It will probably be posted on www.fan590.com after it is over.

I can't listen right now but I know he said something about Alvarez being a lock for the starting rotation this year....that's good news!

This will be one of the first times he's talked since boston rumors ist it? It should be interesting even though i find mccown turrible when it comes to basketball or baseball.

Snider has all the tools to make him an above-average everyday left fielder in the Majors, Farrell says. He's shown that in the minors, and in the early success he's had in some of his MLB stints, but he's struggled to adapt back once MLB-calibre pitchers have adapted to him.


Dustin McGowan: "He's gotta start," Farrell says, when asked if he's going to be in the rotation or the 'pen. "He needs that rest between starts." And the club needs the innings he can provide
